The Annexe is the oldest and quaintest part of the farmhouse. Built in the time of Queen Elizabeth (1533-1603) it is mostly traditional oak beams and flagstone floors. The Annexe accommodation has been inspected and approved by the Local Authority Accommodation Officer and was on the "Fit To Rent" list of approved accommodation prior to the newer HMO Lisence scheme being created.
There are four well appointed bedrooms, a large lounge with 32" flatscreen TV, and Superfast BT Infinity Broadband .The Kitchen is galley style with two fridges, an electric cooker, a dishwasher and a microwave. In the hall/utility area there is a washing machine/dryer, and fridge/freezer. There are two separate shower rooms and two toilets. Heating is provided by oil central heating. Finally the Annexe has its own private garden. There is also ample off road parking . No Pets and No Smoking.All bills are inclusive to include:heating,water,electricity,and broadband.
